Does BrokerRelay approve mortgage applications?

No. BrokerRelay does not approve, decline, underwrite, qualify, or guarantee mortgage applications. The broker remains responsible for professional judgment and client advice.

Does BrokerRelay replace the mortgage broker?

No. BrokerRelay supports broker follow-up. It prepares summaries and drafts, but the broker reviews the lead, controls communication, and decides what to send.

Does the intake form affect a client's credit score?

No. BrokerRelay intake forms do not perform credit checks and do not affect a client's credit score.

What does the Lead Follow-Up Priority Score mean?

The score shows how urgent, complete, and follow-up-worthy a lead appears based on the information submitted. It is not a mortgage approval probability or qualification decision.

Can brokers add leads manually?

Yes. Brokers can manually add leads from phone calls, referrals, realtor partners, email, social media, walk-ins, or other offline conversations.

Does BrokerRelay send SMS or email automatically?

No. BrokerRelay prepares SMS and email drafts for broker review. The broker decides what to send.

Can brokers use their own booking link?

Yes. Brokers can use their own client booking link, such as Google Calendar appointment scheduling, Calendly, Microsoft Bookings, OnceHub, or another booking page.

Is there a setup fee?
