This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through Broker Relay, how it is used, and how deletion requests can be made.

Information We Collect

Broker Relay may collect information submitted through broker intake forms, manual lead entries, account setup, and dashboard activity.

Broker Relay does not request SIN numbers, bank statements, pay stubs, tax documents, credit reports, government identification, or mortgage documents through the public intake form.

How Information Is Used

Mortgage Advice

Broker Relay does not approve, decline, qualify, pre-approve, underwrite, or make mortgage decisions.

Broker Relay does not provide legal, financial, credit, lending, or mortgage advice. Clients should speak directly with a licensed mortgage broker or qualified professional for advice.

Broker Access to Client Information

Client information submitted through a broker’s intake form is connected to that assigned broker account.

Mortgage brokers are responsible for reviewing client information, reviewing any generated drafts before sending, and complying with applicable privacy, advertising, licensing, and mortgage rules.

AI Draft Generation

Broker Relay may use artificial intelligence tools to help summarize intake information and prepare draft follow-up messages.

AI-generated content is for broker review only. Brokers are responsible for checking accuracy, editing messages, and deciding whether to send any draft.

Broker Relay does not use AI to approve or decline mortgage applications.

Service Providers

Broker Relay may use third-party service providers to operate the service, including providers for hosting, database storage, payment processing, email-related functions, analytics, and AI draft generation.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide and maintain the service.

Data Storage and Security

Broker Relay uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect stored information.

No system is completely risk-free. Users should not submit highly sensitive documents or information through Broker Relay unless specifically instructed through a secure process outside the public intake form.

Data Sharing

Broker Relay does not sell client personal information.

Client information may be shared with the assigned mortgage broker, service providers used to operate the platform, or where required by law.

Data Retention

Lead information may be retained while the broker account is active or as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Clients or brokers may request deletion of stored lead information.

Account and Broker Data

Children

Broker Relay is intended for use by mortgage brokers and adult clients making mortgage-related inquiries. It is not intended for children.
