Terms and Conditions
Last updated: May 29, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern use of Broker Relay. By using Broker Relay, creating an account, accessing the dashboard, submitting an intake form, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms.
Broker Relay is an AI follow-up assistant for mortgage brokers. It helps brokers collect intake information, organize leads, prepare broker-reviewed SMS and email drafts, track lead status, and manage follow-up activity.
Broker Relay is not mortgage approval software, a loan qualification engine, an underwriting tool, a credit decision tool, or a provider of legal, financial, lending, or mortgage advice.
Broker Responsibility
Mortgage brokers are responsible for reviewing all information, summaries, notes, AI-generated drafts, recommended next actions, and follow-up messages before using or sending them.
Brokers are responsible for ensuring their use of Broker Relay complies with applicable mortgage, advertising, privacy, licensing, consumer protection, and professional rules.
Broker Relay does not replace a broker’s professional judgment.
No Mortgage Approval or Advice
Broker Relay does not approve, decline, qualify, pre-approve, underwrite, or make mortgage decisions.
Broker Relay does not determine whether a client qualifies for a mortgage.
Broker Relay does not provide legal, financial, credit, lending, tax, or mortgage advice. Clients should speak directly with a licensed mortgage broker or qualified professional before making mortgage-related decisions.
AI-Generated Content
Broker Relay may use artificial intelligence tools to summarize intake details, suggest next actions, and prepare draft SMS or email messages.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific client situation.
Brokers must review, edit, and approve all AI-generated content before using it.
Broker Relay does not guarantee that AI-generated drafts will be accurate, compliant, complete, or appropriate.
Client Intake Forms
Broker intake forms may collect information such as name, phone number, email address, city, mortgage goal, estimated property price or mortgage amount, timeline, message, consent status, estimated household income range, estimated credit score range, and lead source.
Intake forms are used to help the assigned broker follow up with the client.
Submitting an intake form does not create mortgage approval, pre-approval, qualification, or a lending commitment.
